CMomA's mission is to connect people without kids to those in need of mentoring, fostering, adoption, & they also do mission trips. I wrote this article in order to share 1 person's story, to inspire, and validate the feelings that can go along with adoption. I'm humbled by the person who shared her story with me. She felt a specific calling to change the life of one child. We find meaning in life in various ways. This is 1 story of many. People who are called to a specific mission--be it to research a cure for cancer, adopt a pet from a shelter, extend a hand in friendship...there are MANY ways in which we are called, as humans, to be there for someone.
